AAA House Clearance cover all areas in Sussex and Surrey, and we have offices across both counties which you can find on the 'contact' page of our website. We can clear everything from your property if required, or we can just clear an item or two if you need to create a little space.

We offer a key collection service, for those trying to make clearance arrangements from a distance, and easy debit card payments can be made to us over the phone - if you have a busy schedule, it's as simple as making just one call to us. From here, we can make all the arrangements, and call you when we've completed the work.

We can advise you as to any items of value, and can place higher value items through our sale for you - we offer a complete probate service. We also clear recyclable items, as well as those, which are only fit for disposal. After our completion of the clearance, you may wish to take advantage of our cleaning, decorating, and gardening service too, before placing the property on the market, or after, the exchange of contracts.

We are a large family-run business, with a vast amount of experience, and we are widely recommended by estate agents and solicitors, having worked for them. We are fully licensed and insured, and all documentation will be provided.
